We are a group of like-minded people, most of us being professionals with experience in the fields of education, health, management, social development, engineering and architecture. Members of the executive committee have experience in the government, private and non-governmental organizations.
Mr. Brij Lal Garg
President and Founder Member
He is a retired government official. He is a freedom fighter and has spent most of his time after retirement teaching children, including those in ACT centers.
Dr. Kusum Premi
Treasurer and Founder Member
She is Ph.D. in Education and retired as Head of Educational Policy Unit from National Institute of Educational Planning and Administration (NIEPA). During her tenure, her significant focus was on disadvantaged sections of the society. She has published widely and has been managing the finances and education projects for the trust.
Charu C. Garg
Secretary and Founder Member
She is a co-founder who has worked globally for last 30 years in various organizations such as World Health Organization (WHO), Geneva; World Bank, Washington; Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi and several other research institutions. She has studied at Harvard University, USA and is a Ph. D from Delhi University, India. She continues to raise funds and initiate new projects for the trust.
Hari Garg
Founder Member
He is also a co-founder and advisor to ACT. He is a senior IT professional with over 35 years of experience in the IT industry and currently holds a senior management position with a leading Global multinational. He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration. He supports the activities of ACT both financially and through active advice.
Divya Bhasin
Founder Member
She is a senior IT professional and business manager with extensive entrepreneurial and consulting experience in mobile education and health. She has supported applications for visually impaired people. Divya has a Masters in Computer Science from Stanford University, USA. She has been supporting ACT project on health monitoring with University of Berkeley. She is managing the volunteer activities for the trust.
Suman Patel

She is a QA analyst , working for a United Nations organization in Bern, Switzerland. Her interests include e-commerce, information gathering and travelling. She has been supporting the IT work for the trust.
Dr. Poonam Dewan
Member
Dr. Poonam Dewan is a Medical doctor and works as general practitioner in her own clinic since 1986 in North Delhi. She is associated with Bal Ashram in Azad market and provides free treatment for children living there. She has also held medical camps and provided free treatment to people in Patparganj area, Delhi.
Samriddhi Bhatia

Ms.Samriddhi Bhatia is a Computer Science and Management professional. She is based in Finland and is interested in supporting the IT related activities for the trust.
